BMW Blast From The Past
I recently visited the State Panorama Museum at Volgograd, Russia and chanced upon a historic BMW used by the Germans over the battle of Stalingrad in the Second World War.
I have always loved the bikes produced by BMW and I am obviously also a big fan of their cars. While this historic model may not be much of a looker by today's modern context, it certain was interesting to note that the emblem had been with the company for the longest time. While many other automobile companies have evolved in the design of their emblems, the German uber manufacturer had retained it's heritage till this day.
And out of pure coincidence, the licence plate of the German two wheeler was "R-35."
To all the Godzilla fans out there, who's your daddy now? Laughs...
