Car Grooming Nightmare

I was in Moscow for the past week on business and I could not help but notice the conditions of some of the local cars. Apart from the mirror black Bentleys, Mercs and Bimmers that I have seen in the heart of the city, most of the conventional cars were covered in dirt. Check out this one that I took a picture of on my way to the airport. Can you even see the registration plate? Unbelievable but true, there are many cars on the road like this, especially on the outer suburbs of Moscow.

Moscow is certainly beautiful in its own way but if you are a car crazy nut, I'm quite certain that you would have a hard time with grooming. Either that or you could open a grooming joint and make a couple of bucks of those who care. Nevertheless, it's going to be really hard work.
